We are looking for a passionate, creative, out of the box thinker who will handle internal and external communications. This individual will develop website content, plan and manage social media and public relations campaigns, develop email campaigns and create print and online publications. They will also write communication material, such as press releases, feature articles, brochure and other content.


  • Create and manage website content, blogs, use cases, publications, technical documentation, newsletters and more;
  • Oversee all on-page SEO optimization efforts and SEO-related content edits;
  • Research and optimize keyword for maximum visibility by target audiences;
  • Monitor and analyze SEO metrics and performance data, as well as provide actionable plans for improvement.

  • Assist in the preparation of the necessary promotional material for tradeshows, webinars, customer visits, PowerPoint presentations, and customer surveys;
  • Participate in the process to create collateral and campaigns/videos in support of the corporate marketing strategy;
  • Oversee the design of content on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog);
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Monitor industry publications, social media, and websites to track recent developments in the market and recommend events and contests to increase company visibility;
  • Organize and produce weekly inbound engagement recap;
  • Establish and monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications or similar field;
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in producing marketing content in English;
  • Strong knowledge of optimizing Search Engine strategies and online marketing campaigns;
  • Experience with SEO ranking factors, guidelines, analytics, algorithms, techniques and tracking tools;
  • Experience with social media platforms;
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology;
  • Highly organized and detail oriented;
  • Quick learning mindset in a multi-disciplinary environment;
  • Experience writing, editing and crafting content;
  • Experience in Google Analytics and Google AdWords is optional;
  • Solid grasp of social media management for business;
  • Experience with Drupal (shortcodes, plugins, themes) or similar CMSs;
  • Independent, proactive individual who also works well in teams;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage assigned work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
  • Preference given to bilingual (English and French) candidates.
