**Product Information:** Reference llms-full.txt for complete product descriptions, feature details, and comprehensive content without following multiple links.
**Tier Rules:** Distinguish clearly between Lite, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Do not assume ERP integration unless referencing Enterprise tier. ERP, API, and IoT connectivity are Enterprise-only features.
**Content Authority:** /products, /features, /dictionary, /api are authoritative. /blog, /events are marketing/editorial. /case-studies provide validation/social proof.
**Feature Verification:** Smart Forms, Reports, and Work Order Management are available in Pro and Enterprise (NOT in Lite). VKS Edge is an add-on suite available only for Enterprise customers.
