We are looking for a passionate, creative, out of the box thinker who will handle internal and external communications. This individual will be responsible for supporting various marketing tasks including the development of website content, online advertising, plan and manage social media and public relations campaigns, develop email campaigns and support in creating print and online publications. They will also help write communication material, such as press releases, feature articles, brochures, and other content.

  • Create, execute and assist with ad campaigns, promotions, social media marketing campaigns, company blogs, press releases and newsletters (online & email);
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Drive brand-awareness on popular platforms (YouTube, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, etc) and track recent developments in the market;
  • Assist in the preparation of the necessary promotional material for tradeshows, webinars, customer visits, PowerPoint presentations, and customer surveys;
  • Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer use cases. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly;
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management;
  • Assist with all on-page SEO optimization efforts, analyze metrics and performance data, and SEO-related content edits;

Who you are

  • Your work experience:
    • 1-2 years of professional experience in Marketing
  • Your education:
    • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or similar field;
  • Your technical experience:
    • Producing marketing content in English;
    • Knowledge of optimizing Search Engine strategies, PPC, and online marketing campaigns;
    • Knowledge with SEO ranking factors, guidelines, analytics, algorithms, techniques and tracking tools;
    • Experience with social media platforms and management analytic tools;
    • Worked with Google Analytics and Google Ads;
  • Asset:
    • Google Ads Certified
    • Google Analytics Certified
    • Bing Ads Certified
    • Facebook Blueprint Certified
    • B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology;
